I didn't get to see the first half, as i went to watch my daughter cheer at the Wise-Pound crunch bunch game in Clintwood. But it looks like Morgan had a big day. Pound for pound he's the toughest kid I've ever seen play at UVA-Wise. He can take on a lick like nobody I've ever seen. It looks like the Cavs have a potential star waiting in the wings when Morgan graduates, #5 freshman Jyron Barclay was very impressive today running the ball.
In scoring offense they were tied for 1st going into today's game. Total offense was 5th, passing 5th.

I went to the game and it being my first I really enjoyed it.I see more of their games in my future.Hippard is awesome,I took pics of him throwing the ball while he was on knees and even then he was throwing it like 50 or 60 yards.Loved watching the game..good job guys!
Yeah he was on his knee and threw the ball 55-60 yards.. he was on the 45 yard line (furthest from the endzone he was facing) and threw it to a guy in the endzone.
How many touchdowns did he throw today? I'm almost sure it was more than 5 and even 6..
Ra'Shad Morgan looked very impressive as well. That guy is just insane.
I felt sorry for Belhaven's QB. Ouch. That guy took a beating.
Is the next game at home?
Yes, we play Pikeville (who was involved in a close game and fight today) at home next Saturday.
Fight?
Pretty serious from what I understand, story is some guy from Pikeville hit a player from Lambuth with his helmet which led to ejections.
Something I forgot to mention:
They announced in the 2nd or 3rd quarter that Hippeard had broken the career passing yardage record.
I'm pretty sure this is what it was.. correct me if I'm wrong or if I misinterpreted it.
Yep I think you heard right.
